The location was favourable and excellent - short walk to grocery store, restaurants and shopping centers, and Close to all attractions. Also, I visited Brazos Park East.

Nice experience there. Everything was awesome, clean hotel, marvellous location near everything. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Nice building and rooms with kitchen. Location just next door to restaurants and interstate as well as The Silos of Waco. Located right oof the highway.

I noticed some unpleasant smells on my floor at times, distracting. The noise from nearby dogs barking at night also disturbed my sleep. Some amenities, like an iron or additional lamps, would have been great too. Still, for a budget stay, it had its strengths. Just needs a bit more attention to cleanliness and comfort.
